Solid Dielectric Candle Engine 1 - Replication of Miklos' device

This is an effort to replicate the solid dielectric candle device created by Miklos Borbas found in his Reactionless force engines (field propulsion engines) videos.

I first did a bunch of email correspondance with Miklos to suggest tests for him to do and to gather information on how to build it. See the correspondance for those details.

Initial construction prior to first tests (Sep. 5-6, 2005)

First tests - didn't move other than due to Coulomb forces (Sep. 7, 2005)

Second tests - didn't move other than due to wind forces (Sep. 19, 2005)
